Sessions typically last 50 to 60 minutes, but there are certain agreed occasions where sessions may be up to 90 minutes.
Ideally sessions are initially weekly or 2 weekly, as evidence suggests this is optimal, although other arrangements can be discussed at the start of treatment.
Flexible daytime, weekend and evening appointments are available.
Sessions can also be held over Skype, Zoom or telephone if they are more convenient.
